Wayfinder Women's Circle

This 6-month program deeply explores the challenges and opportunities of self-discovery in a community of women in their own journeys of relationships, family, ambitions, duties, disappointments, hopes and desires. Within a framework of mindful self-compassion, there will be a space to define for yourself what you need to tend to in yourself to stretch and grow and honor your needs towards creating a life in which your best self can thrive.

This group meets twice monthly for 2 hours with monthly reflection exercises to dig deeper in exploration of self with a community story sharing space to build community with your circle between our meetings together.

Wayfinder Circle Themes:

  • Values and Vision: Exploring core values that matter most to you and shape the vision for the life you want to create

  • Wounds and Armor: Understanding the ways you have been hurt (in both obvious and more nuanced ways), the ways you protect yourself as a result, and where armor may get in the way of full engagement in relationships and fulfilling a values centered life

  • Roles and Identity: How our roles in family, work, community, relationships shape our worldview and bring us comfort or challenges; digging deeper into true identity beyond the roles we serve

  • Joy and Gratitude: Exploring what sparks joy for you, how to build and protect more space for connection to joy, and the power of gratitude
