I am passionate about serving families in the early years of parenthood and those living with a chronic condition. As a counselor and researcher, evidence-based therapies are at the center of my practice. I draw from Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), mindfulness-based approaches, and the field of Infant Mental Health to adapt to families' specific needs.

As a parent of three amazing boys (ages 1, 6 and 12), I've experienced how each child brings their own unique perspective and way of interacting with the world. I continue to find parenting to be an ever-changing adventure! Together we enjoy playing board games, camping and exploring area parks with my husband and our 2 pups.
